Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation or employment law experience.
• Interest in management-side counseling and litigation.
• Experience advising employers on workplace issues is preferred.
• Experience with wage and hour collective/class actions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in employment-related litigation and disputes.
• Advise management on workplace policies and employment law issues.
• Assist with wage and hour collective and class action litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions and pleadings, and participate in litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and develop client relationships.
