JEVS in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to deliver full-cycle HR support across designated programs. You will advise leaders on employee and labor relations, guide performance management, support talent acquisition, and drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, promoting compliance with policies and employment laws, and fostering a high-performance culture through data-driven HR practices.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering full-cycle HR support across programs or departments.
• Ability to advise on employee relations and labor relations matters, including investigations when needed.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and performance management processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance to managers on day-to-day employee and labor relations matters and complex workplace issues.
• Advise leaders on HR policies, procedures, employment practices, and legal considerations.
• Conduct and/or support employee and labor relations investigations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with union representatives and support labor-management relations.
• Utilize HR metrics to identify trends and inform workforce strategies.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop recruitment strategies and compensation recommendations.
• Participate in onsite interviews and coordinate new hire paperwork and background checks.
• Educate managers on HR policies and ensure compliance with laws.
• Support organizational and cultural change initiatives and performance management goals.
• Provide coverage to other HR team members as needed.
