The candidate will plan and implement strategies for testing, training, succession planning and performance management, while managing records and work rules. This role requires a 4-year degree and significant HR leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
• At least 8 years HR or operational leadership experience.
• Knowledge of COBRA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, benefits administration, compensation and unemployment standards.
• Proficiency in job-focused safety concepts, computer use, quality standards and maintenance skills.
• Pass post-offer, pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement growth strategies for the team with Executive Management.
• Plan and implement testing strategies for applicants and permanent employees' skills.
• Plan and implement training and organizational development, including succession planning.
• Manage teammate benefit programs (health, workers' compensation, holidays, vacation, 401(k)).
• Maintain high morale and team cohesiveness.
• Stay current on HR regulations and industry trends.
• Help maintain company work rules and discipline procedures.
• Manage teammate records.
