• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads recruitment, interviews, and hiring for multiple roles ensuring qualified hires.
• Provides leadership and day-to-day management of HR staff and processes.
• Leads new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Manages employee benefits programs and engagement initiatives.
• Oversees workers' compensation, unemployment, and leave programs.
• Administers HR programs including compensation, performance, and safety.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Supports safety initiatives with operations.
• Guides leaders on employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Maintains Employee Handbook and HR records.
• Oversees payroll and timekeeping administration.
• Maintains confidential personnel files and documentation.
• Promotes open communication and company culture.
