Job summary

Keystone Insurers Group seeks a Sr. Human Resource Consultant to deliver HR services to clients, advise on HR strategy, and drive organizational effectiveness while ensuring legal compliance. The role emphasizes on-site client support, training, and policy development.

The position requires a strong HR Generalist background, recruiting experience, and knowledge of employment law, with opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years progressive HR Generalist experience including employee relations and employment law.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HRM or related field required.
• 3+ years' experience recruiting across multiple disciplines.
• SPHR or PHR preferred.
• Compensation design and analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to clients on a variety of HR issues including hiring, termination, performance mgmt, wage and hour, FMLA and ADA.
• Prepare and present employee and management training on HR topics such as harassment and leave management.
• Perform audits of internal HR processes to ensure compliance with state and federal law.
• Review and draft employee handbooks and HR policies.
• Provide onsite client HR support as needed.
• Draft blogs on HR issues for the company's website.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting: posting, sourcing, interviewing, offers.
• Promote ECRM to current clients and Keystone partner agencies.
• Stay updated on state and federal employment laws affecting the company and clients.
• Other duties as assigned
