Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years total experience in Human Resources required.
• 3 years managing HR professionals or 1 year as Lead - Human Resources at the company.
• Proficient in key US employment laws and practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish processes, policies, and practices for HR leadership.
• Lead HR projects with national scope.
• Act as strategic business partner for assigned areas.
