Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR initiatives for a Groveport, OH distribution center and provide support across four additional locations. You will drive workforce planning, leadership development, and HR guidance in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment.

Responsibilities include staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and learning programs, with a focus on performance management, policy integration during acquisitions, and risk mitigation through

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including roles as HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
• Ability to influence, coach, and advise leaders on employee relations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried associate populations within a Distribution, Manufacturing, Logistics or similar environment.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
• Ability to work independently and manage HR priorities across multiple locations and business functions.
• Experience utilizing HRIS and workforce management systems (Workday, Kronos, UKG).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Staffing Department on business employment needs, including recruiting for functional areas of the business.
• Work directly with business leadership to develop and facilitate individual and divisional performance improvement.
• Responsible for effective integration of HR policies and procedures during acquisitions.
• Build internal partnerships to aid in resolution of associate relations issues.
• Communicate the organization's vision to align the workforce with business goals.
• Work with leadership to develop and implement performance management plans.
• Assess and deliver training to limit legal exposure.
• Support and implement HR policies as the primary contact between associates and management.
