Job summary

Roses Discount Stor is seeking an HR Leader to partner with distribution center leadership on workforce strategies, staffing and retention. You will drive recruitment, engagement and compliance across the operation, building strong relationships with leaders and supporting data-driven HR decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in HR within distribution or manufacturing settings, with proven coaching and performance-management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics or similar environments.
• Proven success leading talent acquisition, workforce planning, retention and engagement initiatives.
• Strong background in employee relations, investigations, performance management and conflict resolution.
• Ability to influence leaders at multiple levels and interpret employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with distribution center leadership to develop and execute workforce strategies.
• Lead talent acquisition to staff open positions and improve hiring outcomes.
• Drive retention through workforce trend analysis, turnover and engagement data.
• Build credible relationships across the distribution center with HR support.
• Coach leaders on performance management, leadership development and engagement.
• Lead investigations, corrective action, policy interpretation and conflict resolution.
• Support training and development needs across the operation.
• Promote positive culture through recognition, communication and development.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and HR practices.
• Maintain HR metrics and analytics to guide data-driven decisions.
• Oversee compensation administration, benefits, leave management and records.
