Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR experience in a production or distribution environment, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and excellent communication and organizational skills. This position will also require knowledge of HR practices and processes along with related certifications.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of related HR experience preferably within a production and/or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated ability to be personable, professional, and responsive.
• Experience in leading comprehensive employee relations investigations.
