Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a Director, Warehouse Management to lead a high-volume distribution center supporting our store network. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and customer service, overseeing 20–30 leaders and up to 300 team members while aligning with regional leadership.

You will champion Lean/Six Sigma improvements, optimize inventory and costs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership in distribution/warehouse/logistics or supply chain operations.
• 3–5 years in senior leadership managing large-scale DC operations.
• Experience leading automated distribution facilities with high SKU complexity and throughput.
• Demonstrated success managing 200+ employees through multiple leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all distribution center operations including receiving, put-away, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and transportation coordination.
• Lead a high-performing leadership team and drive workforce planning, succession, and performance management.
• Partner with Store Operations, District Leaders, Regional VPs, Transportation, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain teams to ensure service excellence.
• Champion safety, regulatory compliance, and quality while driving continuous improvement to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and lead start-ups, expansions, or transformations as needed.
