Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking an HR Manager to lead the HR function at our Distribution Center, partnering with local leadership to align programs with business goals. The role drives engagement, accountability, and culture while coaching managers and implementing HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of HR experience, frontline hourly employee exposure, and strong collaboration with CoEs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3-5 years HR experience preferred.
• Experience supporting frontline hourly employees in distribution/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred; Workday experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR programs and initiatives aligned with short- and long-term business goals.
• Drive employee engagement, change management, and organizational culture.
• Partner with HR CoEs on talent acquisition, payroll, leave management, and support programs.
• Coach managers, support DEI initiatives, and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
