Job summary

DMA Industries, LLC in Greer, SC, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at the Greer Distribution Center. You will partner with site leadership, oversee employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits, workers' compensation, and HRIS, while coordinating security and FTZ responsibilities.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong people leadership, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced industrial environment, ensuring a safe and productive

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience in distribution or industrial settings.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance.
• Experience with OSHA/worker safety and payroll coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR function for the Greer Distribution Center.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the HR Coordinator.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, attendance, performance, and workplace issues.
• Oversee workers' compensation processes and return-to-work programs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation and HRIS data.
• Support audits, investigations, and compliance initiatives as needed.
