Job summary

DMA Industries, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across distribution centers. The role emphasizes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, safety and regulatory compliance.

The HRG will liaise with DC managers and the HR Manager, travelling between assigned DCs to provide on-site support and ensure policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist role.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, safety, and training & development.
• Experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment for DC positions, including postings, screening, interviews and background checks.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding aligned with company standards.
• Provide guidance on policies and employee coaching or corrective actions.
• Support performance management, goal setting and development planning.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and supporting payroll/benefits processing.
• Ensure documentation of timekeeping, leave requests, disciplinary actions, and compliance records.
