Job summary

DMA Industries, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Manager for its Greer, SC distribution center. The role oversees HR operations, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits, workers' compensation, and HRIS, while aligning with site leadership and CHRO guidance.

The ideal candidate brings experience in a fast-paced distribution setting and can balance employee-focused HR tasks with security and FTZ responsibilities, ensuring a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
• Knowledge of Federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with workers' compensation, safety collaboration, and return-to-work programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations for the Greer Distribution Center.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance programs.
• Manage benefits, HRIS administration, payroll coordination, and records.
• Coordinate with Security and FTZ operations to ensure compliant practices.
• Provide HR guidance to site leadership and coaching to HR staff.
