• Trace a complaint pattern back to the process that creates it.
• Turn a board mandate into actionable work for the business team.
• Identify when a manager initiative loses sponsorship.
• Decide which experiments graduate and which die.
• Prepare data ahead of QBRs and answer questions with evidence.
• Conduct competitive research and synthesize insights for executives.
• Build models to indicate when to stop a losing business bet.
