Job summary

Daher in Stuart, Florida seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead site HR operations, partnering with site leadership to align people strategy with business goals. The role drives recruiting, employee relations, and compliance, while managing payroll data flow and benefits programs.

The ideal candidate has a long track record in HR leadership, strong payroll system knowledge (Workday/UKG), and a focus on safety, engagement, and operational excellence within aerospace-manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years HR experience with non-exempt workforce.
• Minimum 8 years in an HR leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar field.
• Experience managing a team including development.
• Knowledge of payroll system operations and reporting (Workday and UKG).
• Experience with employee relations and investigations.
• Experience managing full lifecycle recruiting in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Experience developing programs to ensure compliance with local employment laws.
• Excellent Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR policy for the Stuart site.
• Develop HR metrics with Site Manager for benchmarking, research, and forecasting.
• Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategy with plant KPIs.
• Manage recruiting and staffing logistics post-requisition approval.
• Ensure compliant recruiting in line with laws and Daher values.
• Audit programs and recordkeeping to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support safety, wellness, and health reporting recordkeeping.
• Assist in onboarding and separations as needed.
• Drive employee engagement and union relations on-site.
• Flow HR information to payroll and benefits rollout; manage budget and KPIs.
• Oversee salary increase and bonus processes; support regional HR initiatives.
