Job summary

Daher Industry Division, Stuart, Florida, seeks an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management for our aerospace manufacturing site. You will drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, align strategies with Operations and Quality, and manage budgets and teams to achieve high performance.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain, a related degree, and strong SAP/ERP experience, with a track record of improving inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years of supply chain experience with leadership.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong background in procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP; demonstrated change and continuous improvement leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all supply chain functions: purchasing, planning, inventory, shipping/receiving, logistics, and materials management.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with manufacturing objectives.
• Drive supplier performance and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Sales.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost savings.
• Establish and monitor KPI dashboards and performance metrics.
• Manage budgets, resources, and team development; ensure compliance with AS9100.
