Jerry's Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Corporate HR Manager to lead Talent Acquisition, Development, and Employee and Labor Relations at the Edina corporate office.

The role drives executive recruitment, succession planning, leadership development, and employee relations across corporate, retail, distribution, and small-format locations. Partner with operational leaders and the VP of Human Resources to build internal talent pipelines, advance performance programs, and standardize practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive and leadership recruitment.
• Proven ability to develop leadership pipelines.
• Strong labor relations and employee relations experience.
• Experience with performance management and succession planning.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, including Workday.

Responsabilités

• Lead talent acquisition for leadership roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with executives to design succession and development programs.
• Oversee employee and labor relations across locations.
• Collaborate with VP HR on workforce strategy and organizational change.
• Manage HR metrics and reporting to improve outcomes.
