Job summary

Allure Lifestyles Communities, LLC is seeking an HR professional to grow into a well-rounded leader while owning strategic HR initiatives. This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, and development across a multi-site workforce.

The candidate will partner with leaders to drive recruiting strategies, ensure compliance, and build scalable HR processes in a fast-paced environment. A passion for learning and growth is essential.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of progressive HR experience with strong talent acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and influence leaders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technology such as Paylocity.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with multi-site or multi-state organizations; certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate and community positions.
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance concerns, and investigations; coach leaders.
• Build HR infrastructure across onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance; use Paylocity.
• Identify learning and leadership development opportunities; support manager training and internal mobility.
