TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HR professional to administer HR policies, manage recruitment and onboarding, and coach managers on performance and employee relations. You will ensure legal compliance, support leaves, benefits, and ITAR-related programs across sites.
Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of HR experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills with a focus on confidentiality and policy adherence.

Responsible for the administration of Human Resources activities including, but not limited to: employment, employee relations, corrective action, compensation, policy interpretation, and maintaining accurate and complete records. Ensures HR policies and procedures are maintained and communicated. Coach and mentor managers and employees on various human resources related initiatives and develop proactive employee relations strategies. Present and represent Corporate HR policy, process, and philosophy guidance to employees at the responsible sites. Consult on organization issues; including unusual situations where precedents for resolutions are unavailable. Facilitate key meetings, deliver communication and administer Corporate HR programs. At a site level, lead HR programs such as performance management, reviews, learning and development, talent assessment, and benefits. Ensure proper compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and serve as a resource to corporate on geographic specific information related to these. Support the new hire on boarding process. Manage employee leave of absence and compliance with local and federal leave laws Facilitate development and roll out of various geographically specific social and/or philanthropic initiatives. Conduct fact finding investigation activities related to internal and external inquiries, complaints, and concerns. Perform other various administrative duties that support the HR function. Manages all aspects of the recruitment process, including notification of position openings, screening applicants, scheduling and preparing materials for interviews, and checking references. Conduct exit interviews with separating employees. Train managers on sexual harassment and discrimination as well as other HR related topics. Completes and reviews areas related to compensation issues (performance reviews, promotions, etc.) Analyze the turnover reports and presents to division management. Actively work to manage and decrease site turnover. Answers questions regarding company benefits or refers to Benefits Administrator. Exercises discretion and independent judgment to the matters described above.
