Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced credentials encouraged.
• 5+ years of progressive supervisory HR experience; 10 years preferred.
• Healthcare experience, preferably in FQHC settings.
• Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and FQHC requirements.
• Develop and implement compensation/total rewards programs and benefits oversight.
• Lead engagement initiatives and develop leadership capabilities across the Center.
