Job summary

ArrMaz Products Inc., an Arkema Group company, located in Mulberry, Florida, seeks a strategic Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead people strategy and execution across talent, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations. This high-visibility role reports to the CEO and leads a five-person HR team.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive change management, and shape our future of work while ensuring compliance and strong business outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of progressive HR experience supporting and partnering with a business or function.
• 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
• Broad HR expertise across talent, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior HR partner to leadership and a key North America Leadership Team member.
• Translate business priorities into integrated HR and workforce strategy.
• Advise, coach, and challenge leaders on talent, culture, and workforce planning.
• Lead a team across HR, Training, and Compliance, building capability and succession.
• Oversee HR strategy and execution in the United States; advise for China and Brazil as needed.
• Lead talent reviews, succession, leadership development, and performance management.
