Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead HR and oversee daily office operations. The role partners with senior leadership to drive talent initiatives, engagement, and organizational effectiveness in a hybrid Greenwich, CT setting.

The ideal candidate will design and implement HR policies, manage performance and onboarding, oversee benefits and compliance, and guide investigations and employee relations while maintaining confidential records in BambooHR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience overseeing office operations and administrative functions.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Hands-on HRIS experience; BambooHR preferred.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR functions and oversee day-to-day office operations.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop HR strategies.
• Design and update HR policies and programs.
• Administer performance management, compensation, benefits, and onboarding.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee benefits, leaves, and wellness initiatives.
• Manage recruitment, workforce planning, and relationships with recruiting firms.
• Maintain HRIS data and employee records in BambooHR.
• Oversee office facilities, vendor relationships, and administrative staff.
• Develop processes to maximize efficiency and service levels.
