Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong expertise in change management and leadership development.
• Excellent coaching and advisory skills; ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven experience managing complex HR projects.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workforce Planning & Talent Management initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on people management and performance improvement.
• Serve as primary HR leader for the Palmer, MA site while partnering with Pipersville, PA for alignment.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
• Facilitate change management and stakeholder partnership.
• Maintain HR records and leverage analytics for data-informed decisions.
• Develop and mentor the local HR team.
