Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Extensive experience working in unionized labor settings.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or participating in labor negotiations and collective bargaining processes.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to drive employee engagement initiatives and leadership development programs.
• Lead succession planning and workforce optimization strategies.
• Conduct investigations and provide guidance on complex employee relations matters.
• Support organizational change initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
