Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in New York seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment and all HR operations for Thompson Central Park New York. You will partner with department managers, design staff development, manage onboarding and training programs, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will supervise compensation, employee relations, leave management, and colleague recognition programs while supporting a positive guest

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all recruitment and employment efforts for Thompson Central Park New York.
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and manage onboarding and orientation.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and HR programs in collaboration with managers.
• Oversee employee relations, safety protocols, and training initiatives.
• Develop training sessions and support New Hire Training Program.
• Counsel employees, conduct investigations, and address concerns.
• Support budget development and participate in hotel meetings.
