Job summary

URBN is seeking an experienced HR Manager for its Fulfillment/Distribution Center in Raymore, Missouri. The role leads the HR team, defines and executes people strategies, and partners with site leadership to drive engagement and performance.

You will balance policy execution with business impact, ensuring accuracy in payroll, compliance, and data-driven decision making. The position requires a strategic HR thinker who can operate at scale, foster culture, and guide organizational development

Qualifications

5 years of increasing responsibility in the Human Resources field.
Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
3+ years leading and managing HR team.
Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills.
Excellent leadership, team building, communication and organizational skills.
Experience at scale and in entrepreneurial culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day HR operations for URBN Fulfillment/Distribution Centers.
Direct onboarding, coaching and development of the HR staff.
Collaborate with Site Director on people training and engagement.
Drive talent management, including onboarding, training & development, and succession planning.
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and site leadership for recruiting and onboarding.
