Job summary

ScioTeq, a leading provider of rugged displays and computers, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Duluth, Georgia team. The US HRBP serves as the primary HR contact for US employees and managers across the organization, supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and HR operations.

You will collaborate with leaders to drive workforce planning, employee development, and policy compliance, while promoting ScioTeq values and ensuring a positive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or related field required.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local HR point of contact for US employees and managers, providing guidance across the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee HR programs including compensation administration, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
• Support managers with employee relations, engagement and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate local recruitment activities, interviews, offers and onboarding preparation.
