Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of management/people leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience partnering with plant/operations leadership.
• Strong employee relations, performance mgmt and coaching experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local employment laws and HR compliance.
• Experience in talent development, succession planning, and organizational change.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate strategically and hands-on in HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site's People & Culture/HR team.
• Partner with plant/operational leadership to execute HR strategies.
• Oversee HR operations: employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance mgmt, benefits.
• Coach managers and employees on relations, performance, conflict resolution.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with COEs to execute enterprise HR initiatives.
• Assess workforce capabilities and identify development needs.
• Implement employee training and career development programs.
• Support succession planning and performance management.
• Lead change management initiatives for growth and improvements.
• Manage HRIS and ensure data integrity and reporting.
• Analyze HR metrics for workforce trends and opportunities.
• Drive engagement, retention, culture, and employee experience.
• Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and leadership.
