Job summary

ScioTeq Ltd seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner in Duluth, GA to act as the primary HR contact for US employees and managers across the lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.

The role partners with business leaders to align HR programs with organizational goals, while ensuring compliance with US laws and ScioTeq policies. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years in HRBP are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field required.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role, preferably in manufacturing, technical, or international environment.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local HR point of contact for US employees and managers, providing guidance across the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee HR programs including compensation administration, leaves, disciplinary matters, investigations, talent acquisition, performance, and development.
• Support managers with employee relations, performance management, and engagement.
• Coordinate local recruitment activities and onboarding preparation.
• Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience across HR processes.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding with IT, facilities, and stakeholders.
• Support performance reviews, merit, bonus, and talent review cycles per corporate HR framework.
• Provide input on workforce and succession planning.
