Inland Tarp & Cover, Inc. in Moses Lake, WA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions across the Inland Family of Companies, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee relations.

This full-time role requires strategic insight and hands-on leadership in a multi-state environment. You will partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, develop programs to attract and retain talent, ensure compliance with regulations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• HR certification preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in HR management roles.
• Minimum 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience in multi-state or multi-location environments preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR functions for Inland Family of Companies.
• Oversee recruitment, talent development, compensation, payroll, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; maintain records and audits as needed.
• Manage workers' compensation programs; coordinate with insurers.
