Job summary

twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR at the Moses Lake, WA facility. You will partner with the CEO, oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, and HR operations for about 120 employees with seasonal staffing needs.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, multi-state compliance, HRIS and MS Office proficiency, and hands-on leadership in a mid-sized manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive human resources experience.
• Experience supporting a mid-sized organization (50+ employees).
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and multi-state employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update HR systems and employee records.
• Provide HR guidance and support in multiple states.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment law.
• Conduct new hire orientations and training.
• Ensure the submittal of required tax and insurance paperwork.
• Coordinate employee compliance training.
• Advise leadership on HR policies and practices to maintain team-oriented culture.
• Plan and budget accordingly for HR functions and company-wide events.
• Serve as backup for payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
