Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with 8+ years of exempt or professional HR experience in a Business Partner or Generalist capacity.
• High school diploma or GED with 12 years of exempt or professional HR experience, nine years in a Business Partner or Generalist capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct HR guidance on compensation, benefits, HRIS, staffing, labor relations, EEO, management training and workforce development.
• Lead investigations of HR issues and facilitate communication between leadership and employees.
• Develop and maintain processes and analyze complex HR issues to support agency strategies and objectives.
• Lead small to mid-sized HR projects with deliverables and timelines.
• Provide advanced day-to-day HR support across multiple disciplines and ensure timeliness and data integrity.
