Job summary

SRC Holdings Corp. in Springfield, MO is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager who will serve as the sole HR leader for SRC Industrial, reporting to the General Manager.

This hands-on role shapes workforce strategy, culture, and long-term growth. You will lead recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and development, advising leaders and supporting an approximately 95-person, employee-owned manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources required; SHRM certifications preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR functions: recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, employee development.
• Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational growth.
• Advise managers on employee and organizational matters and drive engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
