Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct accurate and timely preparation of income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
• Lead budget, forecasting, internal audits, and financial reporting.
• Review variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Develop manufacturing cost accounting information and analyze costs.
• Advise departments with financial analyses for business decisions.
• Strengthen cash position and manage banking relationships.
• Coach and develop Accounting team and manage performance.
