Job summary

The Lane Construction Corporation is seeking an HR Generalist to support field and office staffing in Phoenix, AZ. You will administer HR activities, advise leadership on policies, and help with onboarding and benefits administration.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition to fill hourly and weekly roles while ensuring compliance with labor laws and documentation standards. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts hiring needs, develops succession plans, and creates programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Administers all human resources responsibilities for the area.
• Advises, interprets and provides direction to employees and leadership on Company HR initiatives, policies and procedures.
• Provides support and guidance on retention, employee engagement, minimizing turnover and compliance with employee law.
• Maintains awareness of current Federal, State and local labor laws and regulations.
• Assists with employee onboarding and benefits and open enrollment.
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition to identify and facilitate hiring opportunities.
