Job summary

Lane Construction Corporation, a leading civil infrastructure company, seeks a skilled Recruiter to partner with HR business partners and hiring managers to design recruiting strategies and fill positions efficiently.

The role involves posting ads in ATS, screening resumes, and managing phone screens and interviews while tracking progress and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Develops and maintains effective partnerships with area HR business partners and hiring managers.
• Confers with management to understand their business & recruiting needs and establishes recruiting strategies to drive operational success.
• Ensures positions are quickly filled with quality talent in a cost-effective manner.
• Prepares and posts internal/external advertisements in the ATS; reviews resumes and applications recommending those with the highest potential to be a fit for the position to the hiring manager.
• Schedules & conducts phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Tracks and analyzes recruiting progress throughout the entire life-cycle.
• Maintains and applies knowledge of current human resources trends, state & federal regulations, and company policies.
• Maintains excellent relationship with candidates, vendors and the community.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
