Job summary

The Townsend Company LLC, a leader in utility vegetation management and right-of-way services, seeks a Corporate Human Resources Manager to strengthen HR effectiveness across a national footprint. You will guide employee relations, lead HR analytics, optimize processes, and partner with executives to drive workforce strategy and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, data analytics, industrial relations, or related field.
• Six or more years of progressive HR experience including employee relations, HR operations, or workforce analytics.
• Experience supporting industrial, field-based, manufacturing, utilities, logistics, or similarly complex environments.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and translate findings into business actions.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Advise executives and managers on employee relations matters and investigations.
• Analyze cases to identify recurring concerns, risks, and trends.
• Lead HR reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data integrity initiatives.
• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, workflows, and governance for HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
