Qualifications

• Minimum of BA/BS degree with at least 10 years of related HR / OD experience.
• 5 years' experience managing direct reports.
• Experience in a unionized environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR for Manufacturing Facilities including strategy and initiatives.
• Partner with factory leaders on staffing and performance.
• Address complex employee relations issues and negotiate with unions.
