Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on policies and labor relations
• Investigate employee relations issues and escalate as needed
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data
• Maintain relations with unions and ensure contract compliance
• Provide training on HR policies and labor relations
• Support contract negotiations and grievance processes
• Collaborate with HR partners on proactive employee relations programs
