Job summary

Virtua Health seeks an Employee & Labor Relations Consultant at Lippincott Drive, hybrid schedule. You will advise management and employees on employment and labor relations, conduct investigations, interpret policies, and support grievance processes.

You will partner with unions, provide trainings, participate in contract interpretation, and lead proactive employee relations programs to improve workplace relations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years HR experience with focus on employee and labor relations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; professional HR certification preferred.
• Experience guiding management on policy interpretation and contract provisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of employee-relations issues and counsel managers on findings.
• Represent management in grievance processes and labor relations matters.
• Interpret policies and collective bargaining agreements to ensure fair application.
• Deliver trainings on HR policies, labor relations, and compliance.
• Support exit interviews and analyze turnover data for improvements.
• Collaborate with unions and stakeholders during contract negotiations and education sessions.
