Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Knowledge & Policy Management Manager to lead the creation, governance, and ongoing improvement of HR knowledge and policy management across North America, supporting the United States, Canada, and Mexico. You’ll ensure clear, compliant policies and accessible knowledge for employees, managers, and HR teams, aligning with ServiceNow and Workday processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Science, Communications, Public Policy, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience spanning knowledge management, policy management, HR operations, HR shared services, employee communications, compliance, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience with governance, content lifecycle, ownership, review, approval, publishing, version control, and continuous improvement.
• Experience developing or managing HR policies in a multi-jurisdiction environment and partnering with Legal, Compliance, and HR subject-matter experts.
• Experience designing and operating enterprise knowledge bases, taxonomies, metadata, search, and self-service content.

Responsibilities

• Own NA HR knowledge management strategy, governance model, standards, taxonomy, and content lifecycle for employees, managers, and HR teams.
• Lead content ownership, authors, reviewers, and approvers with intake, publishing, review, archiving, and version-control processes.
• Design and optimize the ServiceNow knowledge base for better findability, usability, accuracy, and self-service adoption.
• Ensure articles reflect current HR policies, Workday processes, case-management practices, and employee support needs.
• Use data and analytics to identify gaps, reduce avoidable contacts, and improve employee and manager experience.
• Own end-to-end HR policy management for US, Canada, and Mexico, including publication and retirement.
