Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Knowledge & Policy Management Manager to lead NA HR knowledge strategy and governance across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. You will partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, and enterprise teams to ensure compliant policies and accessible knowledge for employees and managers.

This role oversees ServiceNow content and aligns with Workday processes to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in knowledge and policy management.
• Experience collaborating with HR, Legal, Compliance and business partners.
• Experience designing and operating enterprise knowledge bases, taxonomies, and metadata.
• Ability to translate complex policy information into clear content for varied audiences.
• Experience in multi-jurisdiction environments (US, Canada, Mexico).
• Strong writing, editing, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder-influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the North American HR knowledge management strategy, governance, and lifecycle.
• Lead the design, organization, and ongoing optimization of the ServiceNow knowledge base.
• Ensure HR policies align with Workday processes and case-management practices.
• Monitor content quality, user feedback, and drive self-service adoption.
• Lead governance forums and cross-functional partnerships to resolve issues.
