This strategic, hands-on leadership role requires managing cross-functional workstreams across design, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and compliance, and partnering with executive leadership to drive successful employee transitions.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant hands-on HR integration in M&A environments.

• Lead end-to-end HR integration across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Manage integration workstreams: design, talent, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, compliance.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver integration strategies.
• Oversee talent assessments, retention strategies, workforce transitions, and culture integration.
• Drive HR systems integration, data migration, and process harmonisation.
• Develop change management and employee communication plans.
• Identify risks, set milestones, and report progress to senior leadership.
