Job summary

Ryan, LLC in Plano, Texas seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support onboarding, employee changes, and HR operations across the firm. You’ll work closely with management and employees, ensuring policy communication, regulatory compliance, and timely HR processes.

This role emphasizes onboarding, transfers, departures, leave tracking, HRIS maintenance, and reporting, with collaboration across Practice lines and global offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required with one to three years of human resources generalist experience, including exposure to employee relations, employment and labor laws, benefits, and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Partners with employees and management to communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
• Responds to inquiries from employees and managers concerning sensitive HR issues.
• Assists with onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and departures; maintains HRIS data and reporting.
• Coordinates employee transfers, promotions, and status changes; handles employee departures and exit interviews.
• Assists with leaves of absence and FMLA designations; supports internal and external surveys.
