Kforce Inc is seeking an HR Generalist in Tampa, FL to support talent management, employee lifecycle activities, performance processes, workforce reporting, and HR operations. You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure programs are executed accurately and on schedule, handling sensitive information in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in HR functions, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization.

Formación

• Experience in HR, Talent Management, People Operations, or Workforce Administration.
• Experience supporting performance management and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience managing HR cases, employee transactions, and approval workflows.
• Strong HR reporting and data analysis skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support performance management, talent planning, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate mid-year, year-end, and other talent programs with deadlines and approvals.
• Support internship programs, including communications and offer-related activities.
• Analyze workforce, performance, and employee data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Coordinate talent meetings, track actions, and maintain process documentation.
• Process employee transactions, workforce changes, payments, and other HR activities.
• Manage HR cases, approvals, and payroll-related submissions.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc workforce reports.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and reporting issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, compensation, and performance information.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, communications, and HR processes.
• Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
