Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Minimum of seven years progressively responsible experience as an HR generalist; leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent counseling, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers HR functions including recruitment, orientation, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Develops HR plans, policies, and engagement efforts with management.
• Manages Open Enrollment, benefit plan communications and vendor relations in ADP.
• Advises managers on personnel issues and resolves conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
