Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior or related field and two years of HR professional-level experience.
  • Valid certification as a Professional in Human Resource (PHR) or SHRM-CP substitutes for one year of HR experience.
  • Five years HR experience related to the position; three at the professional level; master’s degree may substitute for one year.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject matter expert in HR functions: leave administration, classification and position management, employee relations, training and development, and HR systems.
  • Provide guidance and technical assistance to managers and represented employees on classification, compensation and leave matters.
  • Analyze workforce data to support operational strategies and serve as a resource for Workday and HR systems.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics; monitor trends and compliance issues; provide data-driven recommendations.
