Job summary

The State of Oregon’s Department of Justice seeks an HR Support Analyst (Human Resource Analyst 1) to join the HR team in Salem. You will assist Senior HR Business Partners with employment processing, reporting, and remote work coordination, while supporting investigations and classification/compensation tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HR certification options (PHR/SHRM/PSHRA) are acceptable alternatives.
• Experience in HR support, data reporting, and handling confidential information is expected.

Responsibilities

• Process personnel tasks in Workday, including hires and changes per policy.
• Provide HR technical assistance to management and staff.
• Support recruitment, classification/compensation, and monthly reporting activities.
• Participate in special projects and backfill for recruitment and CnC tasks.
