PERI GmbH Formwork Scaffolding Engineering in the United States seeks a Senior HR Generalist to partner with managers and employees on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
This role serves as a trusted advisor to frontline and mid-level managers, helping address workplace concerns and ensure consistent application of company policies and practices.
The main purpose of PERI’s Senior HR Generalist (SHRGEN) position is to partner with managers and employees to provide guidance and support on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with employment laws. The SHRGEN does this by serving as a trusted advisor to frontline and mid-level managers, helping to address workplace concerns and ensure consistent application of company policies and practices. Leveraging PERI’s resources, the SHRGEN collaborates closely with HR Shared Services, Learning & Development (Academy), and other HR functions to support business objectives and employee success. In addition, it is the responsibility of the SHRGEN position to support organizational and departmental changes as needed.
PERI Offers a competitive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, supplemental options, 401k retirement with company match, paid holidays, sick leave, and paid time off. The allocated salary for this position is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00.
